You 2 hit on something that I have never been able to verbalize so well. In older more linear Zelda games I have had times when I got frustrated with a puzzle and just never picked that game back up. In TOTK you just go do something else in game. Bored of the Water temple, go explore caves. Frustrated with the depths and dying in the dark, go to some new sky islands. The open world idea allows you to basically play 10 games all within one game. TOTK best Zelda ever???
